My personal experience working at Aleph Bet & Tamim Academy has been very fulfilling. Why? Does it matter if I show up to school today? It matters every day. And that is both an awesome responsibility and an incredible privilege. What can be more fulfilling than a career dedicated to building Jewish schools? Every time you see your students progress in their academic skills, it is very fulfilling, especially when watching them overcome new challenges.
