My experience with the Tamim program/curriculum is that there are plenty of resources on the Altitude Learning platform, provided to the teachers by the Tamim national office, from which to choose to meet every student’s needs. Tamim’s approach to secular and religious education provides students the best of both worlds. My students acquire a deep academic foundation, leadership, and a strong Jewish identity, connecting them to the land of Israel and to the Hebrew language. The Tamim curriculum develops self-confidence and self-awareness, preparing students to be lifelong learners. One of my favorite things in this program is the Playlist concept. Playlist Time is a sequence of play-based activities related to the current content of focus for students to complete on a daily basis and gives the kids extra practice and fluency on previously taught concepts. The best part is that the Playlist activities offer a higher level of differentiation to meet all learners’ needs. I am very happy to be part of this amazing Tamim community.
